The ultimate goal in juicing is to absorb the live enzymes from fresh, raw vegetables. However, you can delay consumption by properly refrigerating it or storing your juice. It must not be kept for more than 24 hours for it has a short shelf life. Make use of an air-tight container and prevent as much as possible oxygen into the container for the oxygen can fasten the spoilage of your juiced vegetable. Neither should you store it in a warm place and as much as possible make use of a colored container where the sunlight can’t penetrate. This is to further prolong its shelf life.
