To address this issue, all newer models of the Omega brand now feature large feed chutes except the masticating ones since masticating juicers generally have small feed chutes.

Another complaint the users have about Omega juicers is that not most of the parts are dishwasher safe which means that they have to manually clean or wash them - Omega makes it up on performance and durability.

The manuals of the juicers are also a frequent target of criticism by some users. They have been described as “difficult to understand”.  This perhaps is something that they have to work on but then it doesn’t affect any of their unit’s performance and durability which counts the most.
