•    Laxative Tea (based on individual’s preference)

Duration of Lemon Juice Maple Syrup Diet

This diet ideally should last for of 10 days. Given that the diet is basically a fasting; you need to be prepared beforehand. 

Food intake before the diet needs to be controlled and there should also be regulated intake of liquid food and small amount of solid food in order to make the body ready for the diet.
