"How to make a smoothie?" is the first question that usually
pops-up in the minds of the clueless first time smoothie chefs, making
it quite a popular question in the smoothie world.
Contrary to popular beliefs and the overly exaggerated scientific calculations of carbs and calories, making a healthy smoothie recipe is quite an easy task if you know the basics.
There are virtually gazillions of smoothie recipes and it may take a lifetime to chase each one of them, thank God for the internet, it makes it possible to try at least half of them!
But believe it or not, once you get the "hang of it"; you can start being adventurous with your smoothies and start making your own smoothie recipes and become a full-pledged Smoothie Chef (at least in your kitche). The thing is , there's really no strict rule in making smoothies which is very different with cooking recipes.
A great smoothie recipe would really depend on the maker (which in this instance, is you) and the drinker (more often than not, it would also be the big ol' YOU!
Does it taste just right? add a little sweetener like honey or stevia, taste it again then it's perfect!
There's nor real strict measure too with preparing smoothies but just to guide you. We will try to list down the basic requisites and steps that answers that ol' immortal question - "How to make a smoothie?"
