Anemia is usually present among people who do not have enough red blood cells present in their blood. These red blood cells are the ones responsible in transporting oxygen from the lungs throughout the body. An easy recipe of juice made up of apple, carrots and celery can be done through:

1.    Washing the apples and vegetables as necessary

2.    Taking the peel out of the apple

3.    Putting the three ingredients in the juicer

4.    Once juiced, you can serve it with ice and enjoy!
