1 banana
3/4 cup strawberries, sliced
3 tablespoons powdered sugar or Stevia as sugar alternative

1 c. apple juice

1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup vanilla or strawberry ice cream
1/2 cup whole milk
Blend
strawberries and milk together first until well blended then add
vanilla or ice cream and yogurt and whip a little more so smoothie
remains thick.

½ cup Pomegranate juice
3 tbsp Whey protein powder (unsweetened/unflavored)

4 large strawberries
1 tsp of sugar or Stevia as sugar substitute
1/2 cup of whole milk
1 cup of ice cubes
Blend strawberries and milk first using low speed till smooth then add
ice cubes, blend on high. Add sugar, blend on high for another minute.
Texture should be slushy!
